Our Goal
We appreciate your support for Kathy's Snip n' Tip Fundraiser. Our goal is to collect $5,000 to establish a Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) clinic. Kathy’s Snip ‘N Tip is partnering with Beaver County Humane Society and Sunshine Farm Cat Rescue. The clinic will be held during Kathy’s birthday month. Kathy dedicated herself as a devoted volunteer to Sunshine Farm Cat Rescue, and she held a deep affection for cats. Your contribution will make a significant impact in her honor and in the lives of these animals.

What is TNR?
Trap-Neuter-Return, or "TNR," is the most effective and humane method known for managing feral and stray cats as well as reduce their numbers. The cats, who typically live together in a group called a colony, are trapped and brought to a veterinary clinic. They are then spayed/neutered, vaccinated for rabies (if age appropriate) and ear-tipped. Ear-tipping allows caretakers to know that particular cat is spayed/neutered. After the cats recover from their surgeries, they are returned to their original territory where a caretaker provides ongoing food and shelter. When foster or permanent homes are available, young kittens and friendly adults are removed and placed for adoption.
Sunshine Farm Cat Rescue
Our Mission
The mission of Sunshine Farm Cat Rescue is to provide loving care (medical & general) for homeless, abused, and abandoned cats/kittens. We also actively seek a loving forever home for each cat/kitten rescued.
In addition, we are dedicated to reducing the feral cat population through our community TNR program.
Unless serious illness would warrant, euthanasia is not an option for cats/kittens in the care of Sunshine Farm Cat Rescue.
